Retractable rooflight blinds are ideal for protecting roof glazing against solar gain, when it is not needed for passive heating. Now available with solar powered motors for the ultimate energy saving solution!
Enviroblinds Rooflight blinds fully retract into a closed aluminium casing with guide rails that can be RAL colour matched to the frame. A smart cable spring with zipper system keep the fabric perfectly tensioned and secured to the guide rails. Our selection of mounting brackets positions the fabric at a safe distance from the glazing with space for roof ventilation.
Specify from a range of motorised rooflight blinds that operate vertically and horizontally with convenient wireless wall controls and optional temperature sensors. Flush mounted or surface mounted rooflight blinds in single or multiple units for larger expanses of glazing, provide a fully customized solution for your project .
High performance and dirt repellent screens are available in screen fabrics with different openness factors from blackout to 14% light.

Mesh screen provides the perfect compromise between thermal protection and visual comfort. Blocks up to 85% of the heat when used on the outside of a window whilst allowing 14% transmission of direct sunlight, retaining natural light and the view outside. Solar powered motors & controls
Enviroblinds solar powered rooflights are the ultimate energy saving shade and come with a 7 year warranty.
Solar powered motors can be specified on a rooflight blind up to 4m wide and 2.5m high depending on the installation. Featuring a laminated black fibreglass solar panel with an external battery, this Somfy motor will operate in temperatures between 0° and +70°C.
Motorised screens whether solar powered or wired can be controlled from a single or multi channel wireless wall switch or remote control. Connection to a tablet or smartphone via a Tahoma home automation system allows full control of the rooflight blind from any location.
